Most products sold by Flags Galore can be returned within 30 days from the day your order is shipped. To qualify for a refund each item must be returned unused and its original condition. Clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Most products sold by Flags Galore qualify for a FREE exchange or replacement within 30 days from the day your order is shipped.
To qualify for an exchange each product must be returned unused and in its original condition. If you receive a damaged, broken, or otherwise incorrect item, email a photo of the product along with your order number and contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery and we will promptly replace the item.
You may be asked to return the incorrect or damaged items (we will cover the cost of return shipping in this instance).
IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING RETURNS:
- Flags Galore will not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships.
- Refunds are initiated once the item/s are received into our system; please allow 5-7 business days from this point for your bank to process and post the returned payment.
- To reduce shipping errors, please carefully review your billing and shipping information before completing your order. We cannot cancel or edit an order once it has been submitted.
