  • How do I install my flag?

Upon completion of your flag purchase, you will receive an email with detailed installation instruction. If you need additional assistance, please call us 1-800-277-6725 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. 

  • Can I install the flag(s) by myself?

Our flags are lightweight and durable enough to be easily installed by one person. If you order an American flag and pole, you may require assistance to properly install the pole.

  • What if my flag arrives damaged or is not exactly what I ordered?

Call us at 1-800-277-6725 to discuss your order details. We stand behind our products and will work diligently to correct your order or it’s FREE.

  • What material is my flag made from?

Flags Galore uses a water repellant knitted polyester that is ideal for outdoor use.

  • Are flags printed single or double-sided?

Flags Galore flags are printed on one side only.

  • If I place a custom order how long will it take for my flag to arrive?

Production of custom orders takes approximately four business days to complete and three business days for shipping.

  • Does a flagpole come with the purchase of a flag?

Flags, flagpoles, and bases are all sold separately.

  • Is my flag easy to transport?

Yes, you can easily assemble and take down your flag in a matter of minutes to be transported or stored for later use.

  • How long will it take for my flag to arrive?

All orders placed by 4:30 p.m. CST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day. Expected delivery time is approximately 3-4 business days. Please be advised that flags and poles ship separately.

  • How much are shipping charges for my order?
