I am looking for a quality flag pole for a 8 ft feather flag already purchased. Will this work for that size?

Will this pole accommodate a feather flag that is 2.6x13.5 ft?
While the Feather Flag Flagpole itself is 14’ tall and would fit a 13.5’ flag, we do recommend the pole be used with our feather flags. The pole’s flexible top portion is specially designed to work with our windless feather flags to make sure the flag is readable at all times, and the bottom hook is designed to secure the bungee cord of the flag. I bought a spike and I wonder if the flag pole Item SKU: AWPF would work with it. Here are the specs on the spike
