Base options:

• Tire Bases - bases slide under the tires of a vehicle
• Weight Bases - add water or sand to each base; ideal for placement on concrete or other flat surfaces
• Ground Spikes - perfect to add to any grass or space with greenery

Can be easily disassembled and moved to another location. Cloth carrying case is included for the side and arch poles. The durable, high quality banner is printed on 1 side. 

Installation: Two small fiberglass poles slide together to form the top of the arch. Two larger side poles provide the connection between the bases and the top of the arch. The banner slides over the frame and is secured by looping an elastic strap at each end around the specially designed hooks on the side poles.
